Thaw for 60 minutes at 16°C and spray the product with water. Leave the product on the proofer for 45 minutes at a temperature no higher than 40°C and 75% humidity. Spread either a 50/50 solution of egg wash and water with a pinch of salt, or simply milk on top of the product. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
